GitHub - Schismtracker/schismtracker: An Oldschool Sample-based Music Composition Tool

Schism Tracker is an open-source and free reimplementation for Impulse Tracker. Safe Place For Private Runescape Servers It is a program that creates high quality music with minimal equipment. It also has a unique "finger feeling" that is hard to duplicate in part. The player is based on a highly modified version of the Modplug engine, with a number of bugfixes and changes to improve IT playback.

Where Impulse Tracker was limited to i386-based systems running MS-DOS, Schism Tracker runs on almost any platform that SDL supports, and has been successfully built for Linux, Mac OS X, Windows, FreeBSD, AmigaOS, BeOS, and even the Wii. Most likely, Schism will build on any architecture that is supported by GCC4 (e.g. alpha, m68k, arm, etc.) However, it won't be as well-optimized on all systems.

For more information, see the wiki.

The releases page contains the latest stable builds for Windows, macOS and Linux. You can also download builds from some Linux distro repositories. However, these versions may not include the latest bug fixes and enhancements. The wiki contains older builds for other platforms. Installing Homebrew on macOS has been discontinued because the formula for Schism Tracker cannot be supported or maintained by anyone involved in the project.
